ABOUT EVENT

Why We’re Evolving

November 2025 marks our evolution into AI & Holistic Wellbeing—spotlighting how technology can enhance women’s health, resilience, and empowerment at every life stage.

We stand at a turning point. AI already shapes how we are diagnosed, how we move, how we eat, how we connect, and even how we see ourselves. Yet, women’s voices are too often absent in the rooms where these systems are designed. We believe that holistic wellbeing in this century cannot be separated from the digital forces shaping our lives.

What Makes Us
Uniquely Different?

Women-Centred by Design: Most AI and tech summits talk about women as end-users. We place women and girls at the centre of design, dialogue, and decision-making.
Holistic Wellbeing + AI: No other summit marries health, mental resilience, enterprise growth, and dignity with the practical tools of AI. This is not siloed tech or health—it’s integrated.
From Talk to Tools: Our sessions are structured not only to discuss challenges but to deliver practical takeaways (questions to ask, pilots to run, safeguards to demand).
Equity Lens Anchors: Each panelist anchors a lens (Community & Dignity, Clinical Pathways, Nutrition & Lifestyle, Enterprise Equity), ensuring dialogue stays grounded in lived realities—not abstract theory.
Cross-Sector Dialogue: We uniquely bring together academics, clinicians, public health leaders, policymakers, and enterprise specialists—voices rarely in the same room—so women’s health and economic wellbeing are tackled in full.
Addressing the AI Lag: We explicitly address how women and girls have historically lagged in tech adoption and are at risk of falling behind again in AI—framing this as an economic, health, and equity crisis.
Future-Proofing Communities: We’re not just spotlighting AI in healthcare—we’re also showing its impact on jobs, enterprises, and wellbeing services—ensuring women can thrive in the AI-enabled economy.
Inclusive Scotland, Global Relevance: Rooted in Aberdeen but global in scope, we position Scotland as a beacon of inclusive AI & innovation that others can replicate.
Compassion + Intelligence: While other tech gatherings focus on performance and efficiency, we ask how AI can be compassionate, ethical, and truly human-centred.

This event is designed to be a day of connection, growth, and discovery—helping delegates walk away with the resources and support they need to thrive.
